- I take way more photos than I ever use. I used to use Snapfish, but now I use Flickr because it lets other people add comments easier.
*Flickr seems to be the more hip/elite photo place in the "shutterbug" internet culture. But it because of that, you must pay for the advanced features.
*We use Snapfish and Flickr. We are new to Flickr, but we put our wedding photos and other photos on there. We also have some pictures on Yahoo! Photos, and it's great to share with friends. You can see them on your TiVo!
- I've switched from film to digital for the reasons most people have - the technology has gotten cheaper and the quality and utility is more impressive than ever before. I was at a wedding yesterday and took over 200 photos throughout the day and night. There were about four other digital cameras floating around within our group of 20-23 year olds. The plan is to use Webshots and pass the password and username around to everyone so that we can collect them all in one place. I'm an avid use of flickr and have three photo albums on facebook.
- Google's amazing photo management software Picasa (Free) is soon to allow you to upload your photos directly from there to the web with the touch of a button. Quite good software to manage basic fixes of software, and their web album is very nice.
Video
- Everyone I know uses YouTube now. I probably watch 5 youtube videos/day.
- Through various listservs I'm on or blogs I go to I will typically watch at least 3-5 YouTube videos every day. Or if I hear in passing about a funny part that occurred on a tv show I usually assume that 99% of the time it will be on YouTube the next day.
This Bubbleshare album will not be available after November 15th. Learn more.
